Saree: Triveni Ethnics | Sling Bag: Label Ritu Kumar
Ear cuff: Myntra | Rings: Colaba Causeway
I am loving pastels since the start of summer and I haven't gotten over them yet.
And I think they specially look wonderful in our Indian ethnic wear.
So, I am ditching the usual black tones in sarees(another fav of mine) for the dreamy pastels this festive.
This mesmerizing creamy pastel saree with the Victorian floral print on it is from Triveni Ethnics. I love how the florals are used at the border instead of the usual all-over print. The burgundy border instead of black adds a unique grace to the saree and the over all look.
The best part was I got the blouse stitched from Triveni itself, I just had to send them my measurements and the style I wanted to go for. They have a specific form that you have to fill in which makes the whole process very efficient. I was awed by the quality of stitching.
It is just perfect.
I didn't want to style this pastel Victorian saree with the typical traditional accessories as it demands something different. I went ahead and threw in an ear cuff, stackable rings and a very edgy sling bag.
I was quite happy with the outcome. :)
